Exploring gender disparities within pension funds, including analysis of member demographics, staff composition, and pension outcomes, and discussing strategies for promoting gender diversity and equality.


Aon Solutions UKAon’s UK Wealth (Retirement) team has dedicated LGPS specialist teams, providing actuarial, benefits and governance advisory services to administering authorities. Our consultants support LGPS clients in wider risk management, in particular Cyber, Covenant and Human Capital. Aon’s UK Wealth (Investment) team has a number of LGPS investment advisers providing investment consulting services to several funds. Across all services Aon has advised 49 LGPS funds in the last year. Aon has representation on all LGPS Scheme Advisory Board working groups and subcommittees, and on other key Committees. Our team has excellent relationships with key stakeholders in the LGPS and feed our own and our clients views and experiences to policymakers to help shape decision making.
