Lockdown 2020: homeworking: isolation. How to keep connected and engaged on key EDI issues?
The Big Conversation was our answer.
An on-line staff forum with lively discussions on equality-related topics. Started with 50 talking about Black Lives Matter. Then, the lived experience of deaf people, Gypsy, Roma and Travellers, anti-Semitism, trans-people, violence against women. Hundreds now attend or watch the recording.
Impact: enhanced awareness and commitment to change. Inspirational and empowering.
