South & East Lincolnshire Councils PartnershipFuture Leaders is a development programme for officers across the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership – the largest councils partnership in the country.
Entering its fourth year, it has a proven record of supporting career progression and developing key competencies including: public speaking, confidence, political awareness, strategic thinking and enhancing visibility with senior leaders.
It has helped multiple delegates progress to senior roles and increased staff positivity by as much as 11%. It was commended during a recent peer review, where the lead peer sought guidance on developing a similar programme, with other councils also contacting us about the programme.
