We recognised that in order to attract we needed a different approach to our recruitment campaigns, in order to make Tameside stand out from other employers. Working collaboratively Tameside HR recruitment team, management teams across adult and children’s social care, Tameside marketing & communications and colleagues from the Greater.Jobs Team worked on a project to develop recruitment campaigns to enhance our employer brand and and raise the profile of jobs in Tameside with the vision to attract a larger, diverse pool of candidates.
