North Lincolnshire CouncilIn response to care sector recruitment and retention pressures, following engagement with care sector workers and providers, we have developed the Proud to Care North Lincolnshire brand, which includes various local recruitment and retention initiatives to raise the profile of the care worker role, and reduce barriers to employment such as:
- a local website where all care sector jobs can be advertised
- a recruitment hub, agency hub and an introduction to care programme
- training room including single-handed care equipment
- funded childcare scheme
- wheels to work scheme
- health and wellbeing incentives.
