So when we sought to adopt agile working and create a new workspace, releasing town hall space to drive major regeneration, we didn’t impose change from the top. Instead, we empowered our 240 staff to create their own ways of working, with staff volunteers facilitating the process. The innovative approach, agile working and new workspace have increased staff wellbeing, enabled town hall space to be opened up to the community and saved costs and carbon.
