St Helens MBCEmma Morris is the Head of Organisational Development and Design at St Helens Council. Since joining the Council in July 2020 she has completely transformed the way we work and collaborate with each other through the introduction of a new Ways of Working Programme, TICK values, a Culture Champions Network, and new appraisal system, all of which has led to colleagues feeling more supported while carrying out their job and more aligned to the objectives and strategic vision of the Council.
