Greg Campbell, director of policy & delivery, leads the policy & transformation service. Greg and his team have made huge strides to bring the two councils together, overcoming understandable staff concerns about the creation of ‘OneTeam’ for two councils, to start delivering a great service for both authorities and their stakeholders. Greg has embraced the challenge, putting in place foundations that aim to inspire better ‘OneTeam’ services.
