Pemberton Asset Management is a leading alternative credit specialist established in 2013, and is backed by one of Europe’s largest insurers – Legal & General. Pemberton combines both asset management and banking expertise with a total number of seven alternative credit strategies, which provide a range of financing solutions for borrowers and risk-reward options for investors.

Pemberton’s investor base is global and includes long-term partnerships with insurance companies, corporate and public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, private wealth managers and other institutional investors.

Pemberton aims to provide financing for companies across their capital structures from short-term working capital solutions through longer tenor, senior debt, first lien, second lien, unitranche and preferred debt. The Working Capital Finance strategy focuses on the short-term capital requirements of corporates.

We have built one of Europe’s leading private debt platforms with c. 60 dedicated investment professionals, including 17 origination professionals across eight key markets in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Nordics and the US.
