ATLAS Infrastructure invests exclusively in listed infrastructure. Our investment strategy is active and centred on real returns, independent of any index. Our approach matches that of the private infrastructure investor – we focus on the returns associated with the long-term cash flows of the assets of listed infrastructure companies. We take close account of the regulatory environment, the duration of contracted revenue, and the impact of inflation and interest rates, and evaluate the specific risks associated with each revenue stream, with particular attention to climate related risks.
Our clients include pension funds, wholesale investment management companies and sovereign wealth funds in the UK, Canada, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East and Australia. The firm is a member of the PRI, the IIGCC, a signatory to the UK Stewardship Code and a founding signatory of the Net Zero Asset Manager initiative.
